Privacy Policy

Our Commitment to Privacy
The 75 Days Challenge application is built with a privacy-by-design approach. We believe that your fitness, health, and personal transformation data belongs strictly to you and should remain under your absolute control. This privacy policy outlines how we handle and protect your information when using our mobile application.
Data Collection and Storage
What We Do Not Collect
By default, we respect your anonymity. We do not collect or request:
- Personally Identifiable Information (such as your name, email, or telephone number) for core tracking.
- User accounts, social registration, or cloud credentials.
- Your health logs, workout data, or progress pictures on our own servers.
Local Data Storage
All of the daily tracking data you input is saved locally on your device in secure sandbox database storage. This includes:
- Daily water consumption records
- Workout titles, durations, and indoor/outdoor classifications
- Dietary compliance checkmarks
- Reading progress pages, durations, and book notes
- Daily weight logs
- Body measurements (chest, waist, hips, arms, thighs)
- Progress photos taken through the camera
- Streak logs, challenge state, and customizable settings
Data Security
Your challenge records are protected through local and system-level security controls:
- Local Storage Encryption: Data is stored within the device's sandbox environment, preventing other apps from accessing your databases.
- Optional Passcode/PIN Lock: You can configure a security PIN code within the app settings to prevent unauthorized local access.
- Biometric Integration: The app supports Face ID and Touch ID authentication (where supported by the OS) for quick and secure access.
- Encrypted Connections: Any technical network requests (such as fetching dynamic config or ad loading) are carried out strictly over secure TLS/HTTPS channels.
Data Control and Export
You maintain total authority over your challenge data:
- Export: Pro+ users can export their daily logs and progress records in standard CSV format at any time.
- Backup: You can back up or restore challenge history locally or via your personal OS cloud backup (Google Drive / iCloud).
- Deletion: You can permanently wipe all stored history and photos instantly by clicking "Reset Data" in Settings or uninstalling the app. We have no way to recover this data once deleted.
Third-Party Services
To support the free version of the 75 Days Challenge app, we integrate limited third-party developer toolkits. These toolkits may collect certain device identifiers under their own privacy frameworks:
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Used to serve ads in the Free tier — including banner, full-screen (interstitial and app-open), native, and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for cosmetic in-app rewards. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (e.g., AD_ID or IDFA), IP addresses, and basic ad interactions for personalization, optimization, and fraud prevention.
- Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Used to diagnose application crashes and performance bottlenecks. These capture device models, operating systems, and anonymous interaction signals.
- Health Data Isolation: Your tracked health metrics (such as weight, water logs, photo files, or diet choices) are never shared with these third-party toolkits.
App Permissions
To offer a complete challenge tracking experience, the app may request these permission groups:
- Camera: Required to take daily progress photos. Photos are stored locally on your device's private directories.
- Notifications: Required to trigger smart reminders for tasks (water, reading, workouts). Reminders are calculated locally on your device.
- Biometrics: Required if you decide to secure app access with Face ID / Fingerprint.
Advertising & Your Choices
The Free tier of the app is supported by Google AdMob. The paid Pro+ app does not display ads. You can control how ads are personalized to you:
- Personalized vs. Non-Personalized Ads: Depending on your region and consent, ads may be personalized using your advertising identifier. Where required by law (such as in the EEA and UK), we request your consent before serving personalized ads.
- Reset or Limit Ad Tracking: On Android, go to Settings → Privacy → Ads to delete or reset your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization. On iOS, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
- Google’s Practices: Ads are delivered under Google’s policies. You can learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/ads and how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
- Remove Ads: Upgrading to Pro+ removes all advertising and the associated ad SDK behavior.
Children’s Privacy
The 75 Days Challenge is a high-intensity fitness program intended for adults. The app is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided information through a third-party service integrated in the app, please contact us and we will work with the relevant provider to address it.
Your Privacy Rights
Because your tracking data is stored locally on your device, you can directly access, export, and permanently delete most of it at any time from within the app — no request to us is required. In addition, depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding the limited technical data processed by our third-party toolkits:
- EEA / UK (GDPR): Rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. The legal basis for crash-diagnostics and advertising toolkits is your consent and/or our legitimate interest in maintaining and supporting the app.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): Rights to know, delete, and opt out. We do not sell or share your personal information for monetary value, and we do not engage in cross-context behavioral profiling beyond standard ad delivery described above.
- Exercising Rights: For any request that cannot be completed on-device, contact us at the email below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Data Retention
Your challenge logs, photos, and settings are retained on your device until you delete them (via “Reset Data”) or uninstall the app. We keep no copies on our own servers. Any limited technical data collected by Google or Firebase is retained according to their own retention policies.
International Users
The app is operated by Samroid Apps. While your personal challenge data never leaves your device, the limited technical and advertising data handled by Google and Firebase may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, under the safeguards described in those providers’ own privacy frameworks.
Data Controller
For the limited technical data processed through integrated third-party toolkits, the data controller is Samroid Apps. You can reach us at [email protected] for any privacy-related questions or requests.
Information Security & No Absolute Guarantee
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, and the app is designed to keep your tracking data on your device. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your own device — for example, by keeping your operating system updated and enabling the app’s optional PIN or biometric lock. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure of data resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control, such as device theft, malware, jailbreaking/rooting, or your own sharing of the device.
Third-Party Services & Responsibility
The third-party toolkits described above (such as Google AdMob and Firebase) operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. We are not responsible for the independent data practices of these providers, and the specific toolkits we use may change over time as the app evolves. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers for details on how they handle information.
Consent & Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the 75 Days Challenge app, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the practices described in it. Where required by law, we will obtain your separate consent before processing that requires it (such as personalized advertising). If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue use and uninstall the app.
Severability
If any provision of this Privacy Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically to align with application features or store requirements. Changes take effect upon the publishing of app updates. Our core values—local data ownership and user privacy—will remain unchanged.
